• Items are shipped within 1-2 business days of processing your cleared payment.  Business days are M-F except holidays. 
• We use FedEx and the United States Post Office for most shipments. Our checkout will calculate the shipping rate based on weight, size and ship to location.
• When selecting FedEx please be sure to provide a physical address. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• Additional shipping options are offered through our checkout system, such as FedEx 2nd day, FedEx Next Day, and USPS Express mail.
• All items must be shipped. We do not have pickup available.
• As insurance is optional the seller is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
• Domestic FedEx shipments valued at $100 and under automatically include insurance.
• Insurance is required for shipments of $200 or greater.
• Insurance is required on all international shipments.

International Shipping

• Shipping quotes are calculated real time. Enter your zip/postal/country code into the shipping calculator and you will be provided with shipping quotes.
• The buyer is responsible for any duties, fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. your country may charge. For specific details please contacts your country's customs agency.
• Please note that International shipping is not available on certain items due to customs or vendor agreements.
• Insurance is required on all international shipments.
• We do not mark international shipments as a gift

How long will it take for the item to arrive?

At JJ’s Toy Shop, we make it our personal responsibility to package and ship products according to the time frame shown in our shipping policy. Once we ship the product, it is the responsibility of USPS or FedEx to deliver the package according to their shipping policies and deadlines. For domestic shipping, JJ’s Toy Shop uses either USPS or FedEx. For international shipping, we use USPS only. When we ship your package, you will be sent an automated email notifying you that the package was sent. For FedEx packages, this item includes a tracking number.  You can also access your tracking number at www.jjstoyshop.com .  You can track your FedEx package here  

For USPS packages, please note that there is no tracking number provided. The number from USPS is a delivery confirmation number that is updated after the package has been received by the Post Office and after the package has been delivered. The USPS delivery confirmation page is available here

How much is shipping?

When you are checking out, we calculate your shipping costs based on weight, size, and where an item is going. To calculate your shipping costs on our website: 
Step 1: Add item(s) to your shopping cart
Step 2:  Click on the “Calculate Shipping & Handling” link.
Step 3: Fill out requested information.
Step 4: Select FedEx or USPS radio button. For international shipping, please choose USPS as your shipping carrier.  Select the “Go” button.
Step 5: Your shipping costs will be automatically tallied and displayed.
