Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 15 days. Items must be returned in unopened original condition, with a copy of the packing slip to the address on the packing slip.
  • A refund of the price of the item will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item you must contact us within 3 business days.

Payment

  • We prefer payment through PayPal. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Money Orders.
  • We do not accept international money orders, or International cashiers checks, or International Personal Checks
  • We do not accept Personal Checks.

Other Terms

  • International buyers please be sure to understand all costs & ask any questions prior to buying.
  • Please communicate with us directly to resolve any issues that arise.
  • All items must be shipped. We do not have pickup available.

Paying By E-Check

We’ve noticed that many of our customers are making purchases and paying by e-check. Thank you for shopping with us, however, please note that when paying by e-check, it will take a few extra days to process your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship an item until after an e-check has cleared. If you need your item quickly and would like to change your method of payment, you may cancel your e-check and select another method.  Please contact PayPal with any questions regarding the e-check process.
